OPERATION FCA: BRAZIL

FCA Georgia and Brazil are working together to collect and send needed sports equipment to our FCA Brazil teammates in September 2024. This sports equipment will be key in helping our teammates continue to build relationships with local teams and open new doors for ministry in all of Brazil. Our Brazil team has put together comprehensive lists of equipment that they need in East and West Brazil and eagerly anticipate all that God will do in providing this equipment. Join us in participating in this project by signing up to collect equipment through the link below.

Why Operation FCA?

This project will help our FCA teammates in Brazil continue to deepen existing relationships while opening doors to new relationships throughout Brazil by blessing coaches and athletes with much needed sports equipment. Our FCA Brazil team is seeking to reach every coach and athlete throughout Brazil with the Gospel. This equipment will help them to continue to create a ministry presence throughout the country and see a discipleship movement take place throughout Brazil.

"For some, this may be just equipment, but for us it will be a powerful way to express God's care, grace and love. This moment will definitely be a game changer for us.

Doors will been opened, hearts touched and lives transformed, this is our prayer and expectation in being able to bless our coaches and athletes with the equipment we will receive."

Anderson Couto - FCA Director of East Brazil

Giulia Prevedello - Brazil Director of Operations

"With sports equipment we build more than just sports projects, we build a future of opportunities and community ties. Each piece of equipment is a tool for social and life transformation, as it opens doors for us to take the gospel where we couldn't before. Together, we transform lives by the power of Jesus through sport."

How can you help?

  • FCA Staff

    1.     SIGN UP to collect specific equipment through the link above or by clicking here. Work alongside your Multi-Area Director to coordinate collecting and storing the equipment in your area.

    2.     COLLECT equipment in your local area through huddles, camps and events. This is a great opportunity to cast vision for FCA Brazil in your local area and invite your community to pray over FCA Brazil! Please take photos of your equipment drive and send them to Hannah Campbell at hcampbell@fca.org.

    3.     CONNECT with your Multi-Area Director to receive bags to pack your collected equipment. Once you pack your equipment, you will write an inventory list on each bag tag for all that is inside of the equipment bag. You will also record this information by communicating your complete inventory list to your Multi-Area Director or International Advancement Teammate. This will help us track equipment needs that have been met throughout the project and items that we still need.

    4.      SEND your total inventory lists after collecting equipment to your International Advancement Teammate or Multi-area Director. Please ensure that your final inventory lists and all inventory lists sent to you from volunteers, coaches and athletes are forwarded to your Multi-Area's International Advancement Team Member. If you are unsure on who to send your list to, please connect with your Multi-Area Director!

    5.     STORE your equipment in your local area in a storage facility provided by your Multi-Area Director or in your home/office as we continue collecting equipment throughout the region.

    6.     SERVE with us! On September 16, 2024, we will be transporting all equipment to Bland Farms in Vidalia, Georgia, where we will pack a storage facility while we prepare for the shipping container to arrive. Please let us know you are coming! To volunteer to serve with us in transporting the equipment to Vidalia, please sign up here! (Please note: If you are volunteering to pack the shipping container, this will take place after the 16th, and an exact date will be communicated once we confirm the shipping container’s arrival. To sign up to help us pack the container, please click here!)
